The Recruiting Committee searches and identifies volunteers, vetts candidates, and recommends the top talent to the executive committee for approval.

The Competitions Committee supports the development of races, events and championship competitions. 

The Development Committee facilitates coaching, training, coach certification and athlete development. It works with the Medical Committee to ensure the health and wellness of junior, youth and adult athletes.

The Media Committee manages all aspects of marketing and media, including social media and public relations.

The responsibility of the Diversity Committee is to provide advice and recommendation regarding gender development, policies, sensitivity and inclusivity.

The Medical Committee is responsible for establishing conditions at competitions to ensure the health, wellness and safety of participants.
